All pieces are handmade to order. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless at the fault of The Klarity Lounge (defected item, wrong item). We are not responsible for packages that are lost during shipment, please contact the shipping carrier.

 

Processing and Shipping

Please allow 10-14 business days for order processing. Remember, each piece is handmade to order, resulting in longer than usual processing times. For rush orders, please contact The Klarity Lounge prior to placing your order. Standard Shipping is 7-10 business days after processing. Express Shipping is 3-5 business days after processing.
